My family was in the middle of a bathroom remodel and we needed to find a plumber to do rough in work. I contacted PTI and spoke with Billy. Extremely Profesional and was able to answer all my questions. He arrived quickly to see the project and give us a qoute. The pricing was great. I put a screw through a water line in the wall hanging a coat hanger for my wife water was everywhere Billy came over and made the fix look elementary and have not had a problem since. Very professional, experienced and kind. Would recommend him to anyone!!!
