We have a large crawlspace with continuous water table/water intrusion. Rainy Day Basement Systems has been exceptionally thorough in designing a solution and being available for any follow-up we needed. Ryan, the sales manager spent hours with us on water table and foundation education, answered every question we could think of, walked us through the proposed encapsulation solution, and has responded at the drop of a hat to any new question or enquiry we've had since. Daniel, the project manager, was extremely prompt and communicative. He and his team (Juan and Rosalino) were incredibly efficient and knowledgeable about their work -- they continually hauled and kept the job site clean as they worked, walked us through the progress each day, and finished early. We had what looked like a foundation leak and scheduled to have rainy day do the work. They came as scheduled but after a couple of hours of demo work it became clear that the problem was a cracked sink drain pipe rather than a leaking foundation. Based on what we saw we pulled the plug on the foundation drainage work. The guys from Rainy Day cleaned up after themselves and left. Less than a week later I received a full refund of our deposit.
