Auburn Parks, Arts And Recreation Department

This park used to be a good place to bring our kids to enjoy the warm weather, but now it is being used for Marshallese Community to bring their wannabe gangsters to ruin the peaceful of it. Please pass this concern to the Mayor of Auburn about the voilence these Marshallese kids brings to this peaceful park. I know neighbors live around this park seen it all

I recently parked at les gove park which I do occasionally mid day while on call, les gove being the approx center of my area. I was there for over an hour sitting peacefully in my truck and was approached by your security guard Patrick who told me I was breaking park rules by parking for more than an hour without getting out of my truck. I dont see it posted anywhere in the park. He stated he recognized my truck and new that I wasnt homeless or up to any mischief but I couldnt stay any longer unless of course I got out of my truck and sat on a bench. If it is a park rule please post it somewhere. Your guard was courteous but it was insulting and awkward. Please post it if its a rule.

This review is regarding the summer camp cheerleading. Signed my daughter up for afternoon cheer not knowing they have a strict guideline parents cant watch professional cheer camps let the parents watch, smh this is the last time Ill put her in this summer program. The ymca is way more parent friendly for actively involved parents trying to enjoy the smile on their kids face. Not to mention its hundreds of dollars, I wanna know what my daughter is getting. Seemed to be way to many kids for the instructor to kid ratio
