The office staff is incredibly incompetent. No one aside from the actual specialist seems to have any idea what they are doing. After 4 visits it still baffles me. They also seem to charge about 4 times to going rate for services.

This place will over charge you and then try to take payments without permission. They took $500 out of my HSA account without authorization and then tried to say that we told them it was ok when we called. A month later I get a breakdown of everything on our bill and it doesnt include the $500 they took.
My wife went there for a custom mouth guard for sleeping at night. They charged $1100 just for the device. This double what a normal price should be.
I would not recommend doing business with this clinic.

I cannot stress enough how terrible this place is. I went in for TMD and walked out with a night guard masquerading as an orthotic. The guard made my jaw locking worse and instead of helping me I was told "see you in a year". I found a new place, who gave me a proper orthotic (which, by the way you need to wear 24 hours and not just at night) and now have my jaw properly aligned. I haven't locked in over six months. Don't go here for TMD.

Patient care is far below standard. Running around patients. No follow up. I don't even know why they exist. Look some place else.

Dr Nakhjiri was very professional. She went through every concerns that I had. Nice and clean office. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.
