Great dentist office, very professional, and very understanding and straightforward about what needed to get done.

Wait time was long, front desk person was short and rude about scheduling, the staff was incredibly unorganized and even terribly impatient with their dental assistant. She was doing her best to make sure I was comfortable but seemed to be learning proper technique for X-rays, without any helpful guidance. This entirely couldve been stress induced but when I called back to reschedule an appointment the person I talked to made it weird. She mentioned an earlier time than I was anticipating so I said well maybe, she then said let me see if I can move a patient up, we hang up and she calls back, tells me a time frame half an hour earlier than what she had mentioned and when I say I dont think Ill take it she guilted me by saying well I just ran around and moved everyones stuff So I felt obligated to take the time and try to block off my AM work schedule. When I had time to process this atrocious interaction, I called back on international womens day and cancelled my appointment along with being a patient there. They very quickly were short with me and hung up without a proper goodbye. *Not a girls girl kind of energy for an all women staff, such a shame.
