        Nice new hotel. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean. Great breakfast with several hot dish options. The train was a little loud at night, but it is very close to highway, so that was convenient.

        The rooms here were nice. The lobby kind of smells like mildew or sweaty feet. That was a bit unpleasant. The staff are not very kind, especially if you have any issues. We stayed 2 nights and never asked for stayover service. And by IHG standards, you do not get stay over service unless requested. We left our room on the second day and didn't put the DND sign up but we never asked for service. When we arrived back to the room, I wanted to take a shower but to my surprise, ALL my shower stuff was gone and a few other items. I looked around for a while and realized they even moved our personal items off the bed in order to make it. Another IHG standard broken. There was no mistake of thinking it was garbage because it was all full, brand new shower stuff I had gotten a few days before this trip. After noticing and telling staff members, they all treated us like we were lying and said there was nothing they could do. Even the manager. I'm extremely upset over this situation but yet all they said was to not cause a scene. Pathetic. And very unprofessional. Never staying here again. And to the housekeeping staff, I hope it was worth it to you and you have the day you deserve

        This hotel provide every service and comfort that you would expect. The only minor inconveniences were the light noise of train traffic at night and the awkward traffic design that made it difficult to exit the parking lot and get to the highway.
