        They charge for parking and have limited hours where their restaurant is open for drinks and food.

        The lady with the carrot color hair shes rude and Racist she does not like color. Service is bad. Never will I stay here again.

        This is our second stay here and both visits have been wonderful. The hotel is near numerous restaurants and shopping areas. The room is inviting and comfortable. Finally, the service is top notch. All the hotel staff we've encountered have been attentive and responsive. Sherry, in particular, has been simply wonderful. She has gone out of her way to make sure our stay is pleasant and our needs are met. I can't say enough good things about Sherry, the rest of the staff, and the hotel. We will keep returning here whenever we are back in Federal Way.

We will keep returning here whenever we are back in Federal Way.
