The staff has been so great since I joined 6weeks ago. I enjoy the training and atmosphere. I would recommend this location for sure!

Never tried kickboxing but ended up really loving it! The workouts are intense but well worth it. Instructors are great too, all different in their own ways which is nice because then it doesnt seem repetitive.

I am so beyond excited to continue attending classes at Fittheorem. I completed the 6 week challenge and lost 7% body fat!!! Great, place, great people. If you want a jumpstart in your fitness journey. This is the place to go!!

Saturday march 23 was my first class in federal way! I always do my classes in Lynnwood due to me living out there - yet let me tell you about Saturday coach Mindy kicked butt - the workout was absolutely amazing and I burned the most calories that I have ever burned at once in 60min 971 she mad sure I was ready for hell week I cant wait to visit again and get another great workout in THANK YOU

I tried canceling my membership after going through a severe accident and not being able to participate. Broke 4 bones. They are still making this process difficult I emailed the team to cancel my member ship in October after a 30 minute phone call telling them Im struggling even using my arm since I had broken arm/legs and only now when Im able to come in person do they tell me to send the email to another email to cancel the member ship even had the audacity to say to wait another week for a response to cancel membership, if I were you and dont plan on staying here FOREVER I would rather find a different place.
