Fries were raw and soggy spicy nuggets were dry and overcooked. And they forgot to put my sauce in the bag. While waiting, I heard an employee cussing in the back.

I wasnt going to leave a review but my experience today was beyond disappointing. And I'm a Millennial; I can tolerate slow service and errors, but even I have limits. Maybe my mistake was visiting this location during lunch rush. I ordered two McDoubles with extra pickles and a medium fry. After paying at the window I waited in a mobile pickup spot for about 20 minutes. After leaving the store, I unwrapped a burger to see... this. One patty, no cheese, and ketchup everywhere, for both burgers which were part of my $13 order (a waste of money, clearly). I will not be visiting this location again.

Always very friendly, and they offered to remake my milkshake after i spilled it on my drive home! Always a pleasant experience, and their milkshakes/ ice cream /mcflurries are practically always available. None of that "out machine is broken" business... I should know. I ordered a shake or some frozen treat, basically every other day ! Also, I know people get frustrated about the hours they may or may not be open... but people need some perspective.... this is the only fast food restaurant (besides Subway) on the island FOR A REASON! People on this island are too posh to eat fast food like average people. so, it probably isn't worth it for them to be open so late/early because they'd be sitting around, serving one customer per hour! Can you imagine? I'm happy they are open from 8 to 8, that works for me! Overall, great staff, hot fries, and ice cream in abundance. A premium McDonald's experience
