        Claudia in this office is absolutely horrible! She's untruthful, she's disrespectful and overcharged us by double this month. William doesn't return calls or emails or try to help us in any way. . the service at this branch is so horrible that we change insurance after 5 years with allstate

        This agency is absolutely scum! I had a policy for 3 years with 4-6 vehicles the whole time never missed a payment! One month there was some kind of issue and they dropped me and sent me to collections. No call no anything. Not to mention almost the entire time the policy cards they had online never had the correct vehicles and always showed expired date even after renewal! This dude is absolutely scum!

        Worst office ever. Been with them years and they never answer phone, the lady that will answer is so rude. Not a single help with claims. And wheres William?? Hes never there to help or return calls, EVER!
