Two Lincoln Tower

Other than a few minor hiccups, my stay at Two Lincoln Tower has been excellent. The concierge staff almost always provides top-knotch service and the leasing department has been very reasonable and easy to deal with.

We lived here for almost 2 years and loved everything about it. Sadly, we had to move because the specific floor plan we needed never became available. The customer service was amazing, the leasing office, maintenance and housekeeping personnel always pleasant, happy and helpful. While living here we had some issues with USPS and other outside vendors, and although it was never 2LT responsibility to solve those issues, they always went out of their way to help. The staff, views, location, and apartment units made it an absolute delight to call 2LT home.

This fine establishment embodies luxury, comfort, and prestige. Well maintained, beautifully designed, and an excellent concierge! However, the General Manager Jennifer Gile is under-qualified for her position and many residents share similar feelings on this matter.

2LT is a great place to live. Everything from staff, to amenities, to location is the best in Washington.

As a professional pet sitter, these high rise secure apartment and condo types of dwellings with underground garages are a nightmare for us. They allow pets, but make pet sitters jobs incredibly difficult. They never think of the pet sitters when developing their policies. We help keep the units clean and free of pet damage and waste. Yet they don't care about our access and ability to do our job. Jennifer Gile threatened to ticket my car this morning. Really? Wow! Not at all professional. I told her if they do ticket me, I'm not coming back. Their policy is, I have to park in the garage guest parking. The cargo parking is easier and more spacious, less risk of scraping up my car. My policy is to reduce the risk of causing damage to my car. If they won't pay for any damage, they should not force me to park below in a tight fitting garage. These people should view everyone who enters their building as a potential resident. With this treatment, I don't even ever want to go there as a guest of a resident. The exorbitant rents they charge, they should be a lot more accommodating.
