Updated in Feb 2024 FREE Rose on V Day Update in May 2023 Microwave broke, fixed within 2 hours. Hassle free living. We are staying here. Top notch location, facilities & view (from 23F) 1. Walking distance to Bellevue Square yet close to freeway. 2. A really good gym, may be add a few more things 3. Common areas are really nice for WFH -- Wi-Fi speed can be boosted. 4. Super friendly and helpful staff. 5. Lock is old-fashioned -- should change the locks to smart locks and all NFC.

We recently had an incredible experience with our maintenance team, Sam and G, who went above and beyond to assist us with our broken dishwasher. They came to help us during their lunchtime and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. We are truly grateful for their help and their dedication to prioritize resolving resident issues. A huge thank you to Sam and G for not just repairing our appliance, but for making our day significantly better.

We love living at The Bravern. The views from our floor are spectacular with the mountains, lakes, and weather systems that pass by our floor to ceiling windows. Our apartment was pristine on move in and easy to decorate. We enjoy the gas cook top, high end appliances, fireplace and the bathrooms - all much, much better than our last home. Our maintenance requests, although minimal, have been attended to within 24 hours. The leasing and concierge staff have always been good listeners and attentive to our needs. We love the diversity of neighbors and the kindness they share. We enjoy the theater, hot tub, and fitness facilities. It can be pretty quiet during the week in the common areas, so the amenities have been easy for us to enjoy. It's super quiet on our floor, and we rarely hear any noise from our neighbors above or below us. We love the pet friendly environment. It brings another level of joy to our life. It's fun to engage with our neighbors and their dogs and chit chat about their latest pet adventures (we never see the cats.) We feel very safe here. There are a number of built in security features that minimize exposure to uncomfortable situations and crime. But at the same time, you can provide the necessary access to guests as needed. Because of the great location, we sold one of our two cars. We rarely use the car we have and should probably sell that one, too. You can walk to most everything you need - work, shopping (The Shops at The Bravern are on the ground level), parks, library, Bellevue Square, banks, grocery stores, church, hospitals, etc. And if you can't walk to what you need, the transit center is just across the street which is great for getting to and from the airport.
