    Very poor maintenance. There is no water in one of the buildings for more than a day now. It is expected that water pipes freeze in winters but no precaution was taken such as covering the pipes with any material, etc.. This ended up affecting everyone in the building. Leasing office should have arranged drinking water for the impacted but they just said arrange your own water. This is not a good customer experience/support in my opinion

    Hello dear friends! I want to write a review about our stay in City Square Bellevue Apartments. First of all, I want to thank the companys managers. Professionals work here. And very nice girls Geny and Shiloh. I have been living in this complex for 6 months. 1. In winter, force majeure happened, the pipes burst and our building B was flooded. And my apartment was flooded. This happened on Sunday, a day off. And manager Evgenia urgently came to work and was with us. She was very worried about the residents, that we were safe. And everyone living in Complex B was safe. I believe that in such a situation the manager behaved very quickly and professionally. 2. After this, our apartments were renovated for some time. And we stayed in a hotel. But the managers were always in touch and we could always control the work process in our apartments. We were taken care of in an emergency. 3. The apartments are pet friendly. Which is not found in all complexes. I have a small Chihuahua dog. And we feel very comfortable walking and living here. There is a wonderful park across the road. 4. Regarding garbage and dirt. I saw the comments. But I want to say: you need to have responsibility as a resident and take care of the place where you live. Its clean not where they clean, but where they dont litter. And our complex promptly removes garbage. 5. I would also like to note the convenient electronic lock system, so you dont lose the key and you can always open your apartment from your phone. 6. I like the silence in the apartment, the white new clean kitchen, a small patio and cute light bulbs, also a grill inside. And I can mention the gym. Sometimes I go there. 7. When I need to meet or have a meeting, I calmly do it in the lobby. It is very comfortable. 8. Parking is also a plus of this place. And of course cafes, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. I wrote a lot - but I tried to constructively present all the advantages of these apartments from the inside. So I live here with great pleasure.

    Geny and the office staff were always amazing and made my stay here very enjoyable. Having moved here from FL, they helped me get situated promptly and always promptly addressed my concerns. 1st and foremost, they are very dog friendly! This was huge for me as my German Shepherd is important to me. They're one of the only places in the area that doesn't have a crazy pet fee/deposit. The location is amazing ! Close to everything nearby. Even though I did have a car , it was parked most of the time as it was convenient to walk to the mall and all the other amenities available in the area. I'd read some of the other reviews about theft and break-ins (things to be expected when living in busy urban environments) but never noticed anything sketchy while there (B building) neither in the apartments nor in the parking garage. I never felt unsafe. Reason For Moving out: On Jan 14th, 2024 a pipe did burst which prompted my move out. It's an unforseen act of nature that affected multiple buildings in the area. (The firefighters could be seen tending to multiple building nearby pretty much that whole week. It also affected some nearby schools). This was something out of anyone's control, but Geny and the rest of the staff made my move out as comfortable as reasonably possible given everything going on. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here.

    Lived here for 3 years. The last 2 years were out of compulsion. My 2 stars would be only for the location of the apartment. It is next to the 550 bus stop. Close to many cafes and gyms. The apartments elevator was either broken for B wing, one time someone broke the glass door entrance of the wing or many a time the trash chute was full. Is asking for a working elevator a huge ask? On 15th January, 2024 there was a pipe burst of the sprinkler system which unfortunately impacted our move out. The elevator was out of order. We moved out somehow with great difficulty. We asked the apartment to help us monetarily for the extra hands we pay for the move out, which they gladly agreed to. We are still trying to get the money from the apartment for the troubles we had to go through after this mishap because of the elevator being out of order. After moving out of the country, the management asked us to sign a legal document to get the money in person. Now we have to follow a long procedure to get the money. This is not how you treat tenants. The management is pretty poor at the property. There are many great properties near the Bellevue area. I would not suggest this apartment until they renovate the building.

    Rented a car to come to an apartment viewing here. They didnt bother to tell me the viewing was cancelled until after I arrived for my appointment. Not even a text or email. I paid money to rent that car for nothing. No apology, no follow up.
