Location? Awesome, but that's about it. Black mold, failing pipes/flooding (like 4 times in the 7 or 8 years I lived there). "Repairs" performed are not very good, regular maintenance or post flood stuff. After a total flood of my unit and move out temporarily, the place was "redone" to very low standards. Drywall was put up over insulation with black mold, painting/mudding over black mold, drywall "repairs" were terrible (lacking paint/mud, screws still exposed, tape exposed/painted over, gaps/damaged drywall installed). I moved back in for a couple of months (I had lived in a hotel for about a month while they drug their feet on repairs, refused to contact me or update me. It was terrible). They tried to get MY insurance to cover their faulty water lines and the repairs to their building. Their workers damaged a lot of my personal stuff too. And I did not get my deposit back or money for the time they had the unit occupied on the last month of my lease, per their contract. It wasn't worth pursuing with the deflection of responsibility. I would not recommend it.

Avoided fixing leaking windows for over a year after persistant asking, leading to black mold issues and damage impacting our health and safety. The maintenance is not done throughly, more so a quick fix to save money. The maintenance was not done in a timely manor. This lead further complications that lead to us leaving our lease early.
