Wendy Martin was a great Executive Director. She had a caring personality to all her staffs and residents. Many staffs and residents like her in Sagebrook Senior living. I very admired Wendy because she actually work with the staffs and listen. She was not the type of person who just like sit behind the desk with the close door. She was a great leader and understanding how to manage the facility. Sagebrook had become a better place for the residents because of our caring Executive Directors and staffs who stand up and helps to make to the place better for residents. I was a Med Tech worked under Wendy. I enjoyed having Wendy as my boss. She was my best boss I worked close with. She easy to communicate and talk with. She is very friendly. Wendy make me and my staffs feel very comfortable to talk with. I very much appreciated all Wendy hard work, caring, supports, listens and understanding boss . Sagebrook Senior Living is luck to have a caring Executive director. Sad is our wonderful boss have to transfer and leave us. Good luck Wendy! Thank you so much. we will meet again some day.
