Easy parking and just off I-90 and I-405. These guys put you at ease right away. They are professional and yet fun at the same time. You can tell that Dr. Littman is good at what he does. My wife needed hearing aids and he set her up with a profile that works very well for her. It's a night and day wonderful change. I just had my hearing test and I have some issues, but the Dr. said that unless my condition bothers me, I don't need to purchase hearing aids. Proof that these guys won't sell you something you don't need.

Despite my praise for Dr. Littman as an audiologist, I must give Factoria a negative review, as their predatory billing practices, lies, and outright violation of their contract with my insurer gave me a tremendous amount of headache. Despite Factoria having a contractual agreement with my insurance provider to provide hearing aids at the negotiated price of $2500 (a detail I didn't know at the time when they were discussing my costs), they billed me $3650 for a hearing aid, and had me sign an extra form accepting full responsibility for any additional amounts my insurance wouldn't pay. My insurance provider explicitly covers 100% of my hearing aid costs after my deductible, so I paid the deductible and thought that was the end of it. Over 14 months later, after I had moved to another state and switched insurance providers, they sent me a bill for $1150 in the mail (the amount it should have been discounted per their contract with my insurer), and told me they appealed to my insurance multiple times and since they wouldn't pay it, I had to, since I signed the extra form. After contacting my old insurance provider, no records of any appeals regarding the claim existed, and they informed me that Factoria legally couldn't bill me more than their negotiated amount as an in network provider, and I explicitly had no financial responsibility for the amount. Despite confirming this, Factoria has continued to contact me and threatened to send the amount to collections, which I dare them to try. I do not appreciate being lied to about insurance appeals and harassed for payments I don't owe in service of collecting fraudulent medical debts, and I am quite disturbed by the predatory billing practices being instituted at this clinic. Dr. Littman is an amazing audiologist who is clearly very knowledgably about his field, but the billing manager and anyone else involved in this fiasco should be fired.

Dr. Littman is a great audiologist for number of reasons! He is very attentive, great customer service but most important he is incredibly knowledgeable about Hearing Aid If the hearing aid he choose do not work well he will find the right hear aids for you. His single goal is to give you the ability to hear again! Greg Anderson
