        I came in a bit frustrated, as I had already applied for an account online and was told I just had to go in to show my ID. Turns out I had to start the process all over again. I was very annoyed but tried to stay calm, and the personnel there were very kind and patient which helped the process run smoothly. It took some time to open the account, but I appreciate the pleasant attitudes that made an annoying errand less painful than I thought it would be. The five stars are for the employees and for the nice atmosphere - snacks, coffee, and toys to entertain the kids at this location. Thanks WAFD Eastgate :-)
