        Update January 25, 2019:Today I called David Ishii, Manager of the Crossroads branch. I asked, and he was able to deliver, on short notice, an estimate of my interest earnings from all my accounts during 2019. I asked if there was any charge. And he said that there is no charge. He produced a professionally done one page document on Washington Federal letterhead that I needed for an application next week. If Washington Federal corporate is reading this, give this man a raise! Thank you David!

        I've had my fair number of banks in my life, none are as personal friendly considerate and downright awesome as Washington federal has been to me. I started with the bank when they were first mutual and it was a great bank then... and it has only impressed me more since it became Washington Federal. I do have one bad thing to say about this bank, it's that they hold bankers hours. but they are a bank so I can't really fault them for that.
