Greggs Greenlake Cycle

Been shopping at Gregg's Lynnwood for years.  You can always count on knowledgeable people to help get what you need at any of the Gregg's locations.  The Bellevue store is a cut above the rest.  I followed Travis the mechanic from Lynnwood to Bellevue because he does an AWESOME job keeping my bikes running. He is the best bike mechanic, period.The extra drive is totally worth it.  Really easy parking.  Great multi-floor selection of clothing, bikes, accessories, and tools with an elevator for accessibility, like a department store. Salesmen Ethan and Tyler clearly like what they are doing.  Both were super friendly and offered suggestions.  Great listeners.  Well worth the trip across the lake.

I recently took my bike to Gregg's Bellevue Cycle for service and was impressed by their enthusiasm and dedication to their work. From start to finish, the staff demonstrated a genuine passion for their work, which was reflected in the high quality of their work. They performed a discounted oil change on my bike's moving parts and replaced worn out parts. The end result was a bike that ran smoothly and felt brand new. I appreciated the level of attention and care given to my bike and would highly recommend them to anyone in the bay area in need of bike repair services.

Sales guy was dismissive and not fun to work with. The shop guy, I assumed from the apron, was great - friendly, interested in selling us a bike and wanted to make us a customer. First guy is exactly why I don't go to bike shops. I only ride 5k miles a year, but I know when I'm being talked down to.

This place is a complete ripoff. Everything is so overpriced that includes maintanance service. I eventually ended up to go REI's bike service section and I got the job done with 1/4 price of what Gregg shop had asked.
