I had a predicament with an online order, and Stuart George, the store manager, was able to help get the situation resolved and I am very thankful for it! Would recommend checking them out, and look for Stuart!

Everything was fine until a meeting was called for the Employees. At that point work stopped on my Truck. Instead of finishing the job to get the customer out the door, I had to wait extra long time and have someone interrupt the meeting to finish my truck.

Installation was great. Installer knew what he was doing when he installed the Pioneer DMH-WT3800NEX into my Monaco Windsor Motorhome. It's single din radio with 9 inch screen. Stewart the manager was very helpful in the sales end of the transaction. They even started work 1 hour before my noon appointment. Price on the unit was 100 dollars less than any one on line or retailers including Crutchfield. Thanks car toys I hardly ever give 5 stars.

Car Toys tech quickly diagnosed a sub-woofer issue, and made suggestions to improve. They installed a quick release plug by the speaker to avoid loose wires when unplugged. They had to replace the amp and some wires due to a short. Also suggested a volume control on dash by stereo to enhance the bass experience. It was pricier than I thought but workmanship was good, and the system seems better than ever.
