        Bought Chinese herbal medicine and soup herb packs from this traditional Chinese medicine store for several years. The quality is excellent, and the service is great. Today, I got seven doses of Chinese medicine, reasonably priced, and the quality is fantastic. Very happy.

        I was referred by my doctor to this store to get some meds. The lady was very rude, impatient and unprofessional. Maybe they have good Chinese meds, but how can I trust them if I got treated like this only because I asked a question they dont have answer to?

        I purchased a Chinese medicine from the store on 3/5 and found the product was expired. I went back to the store on 3/6 to ask for an exchange (with my receipt). The staff refused exchange. She told me their products are not expired and the item I have is not from their store. The staff also said she can sue me. I was so sad and upset. I asked for surveillance video and I can prove I did not purchase any similar product at other places. She refused again. It's horrible experience.

      Dear Customer,Sorry to hear about your experience! According to the staff, since she didn't handle the transaction with you so she would need to verify the other staff first in order to perform the refund or exchange. She also checked the items on the shelves while you were there and all of the items have the expiration day of 2025 but yours was expired in 2023 so we need to investigate more so that we can come up with the solution. You also told the staff that you would come back the next day to get this resolved but you have never showed up. If you still want to get this situation resolved, you are welcome to come back anytime. Also please stay calm while you are in our store if you are here again because a couple customers complained about you while you were there because you were too loud and impolite, thank you!
