        Friendly staff over the phone and in person. The staff member was able to fix my clock at the time I brought it in for a small cost.

        Initially, my 1980 Ethan Allen Grandfather Clock needed service and I was told that it would need a new movement at $895 plus $450 to pick up and drop off. I was initially put off by that response, however, she called me and apologized for the abruptness and we have scheduled a service call to see if it does need a new movement. Well done!
