        Natalie was so helpful tonight. The mall is so busy and J Crew was hustle and bustle but she was so attentive, polite and professional. Left the store with such a good feeling. Thank you Natalie!!

        The store seems disheveled on most of my visits. Shopping in the mens section, it is hard to determine if they are out of stock of a particular item or if the item is simply buried under piles of unfolded clothes. This has sent me home to shop online rather than browse this specific store in person.

        Generally a good experience, but noticed lines can take forever and as usual there is no one really manning the cash registers, despite seeing available staff just standing around. I even saw the manager come to the line and ask for patience... I'm like why don't you just step in and open a register? Words don't do anything, actions will.
