        I had not been to a Lush store in years. I came in for a bath bomb for my son. The gal that helped me was so nice and helpful. She showed me a few options while taking her time. As she rang me up she offered me some samples. I was surprised because I had never been asked if I wanted samples. I mentioned I saw a scalp product that caught my attention. She gave me a sample of that and a bar to hydrate my hair. I used them both last night and boy is my scalp and hair feeling so hydrated today! I have bought so many products to help with my scalp dryness and hair and nothing has worked. Today my scalp and hair are feeling like Ive been wanting them to feel like! I am definitely coming back to buy the biggest sizes they have of those two. I will be shopping there more frequent for those products and my 5 year olds both bombs. He said he loved this one way more than the ones Ive been buying him from Amazon.

        Went to the Bellevue store on Friday and had a lovely person help us. A different person rung us up, and I just noticed she overcharged us by adding in an extra bar of soap. I tried to call but the store just hangs up the call. NOT COOL! You owe us a bar of soap!

        Lush is an amazing place for natural body products. It smells amazing but not in a chemical way that gives you headaches like the perfume areas of the department stores. The staff here was super helpful and friendly and you can get samples of just about anything. Prices are okay, but bath bombs are like $8.
