Nice range of Asian beauty products, prices arent too bad considering they are selling imported products that are hard to find in the USA. Just wish they were honest about my reward account. Told me I didnt have an account though I know did because I made it online during my previous visit. When I redeemed my points by scanning my receipt, my account details appeared on my phone when I entered the same email I provided. I might or might not be returning because of the staff being unhelpful, maybe if I was Chinese they wouldve helped me more. Would only shop again if its convenient.

Bought a shampoo here (15 bucks), used it for literally once and immediately got skin rashes. This has never happened to me in my entire life. Took this product back to the store hoping for a refund or exchange, was told blatantly by a male staff there that "the terms are written clearly on the recipe, you open it you can't return/exchange". Well, how would I know if your products are potentially flawed/expired/harmful to the human bodies, if I don't ever use it in the first place? I can toss away 15 bucks to the trash sure that's fine, but rest assured that I will let everyone know how horribly you treat your customers. We have a small community here after all.

The store is amazing! Wish I could discover it earlier. The staff, a very friendly and knowledgeable boy helped me today and Im very satisfied with my purchase. Definitely will keep going back to buy more.
