Ideal Smiles Dental Care of Bellevue

Huge thanks to Dr. Du, Bibi, Abbey and the rest of the crew whose names I never got. This is quite possibly the best medical-related office (much less dentist) Ive ever been to either for myself or for my wife/kids. Every person I dealt with was some combination of professional, knowledgeable, super friendly, and efficient. Ive left each visit feeling like I was in good hands and received great advice/treatment. Special thanks to Bibi for doing an outstanding job with my deep cleaning. I was admittedly feeling slightly anxious about the procedure, but she was both very skilled and really good at putting a patient at ease. Perfect combination of expertise and empathy, and I can see why she gets so many positive reviews. Keep up the great work, guys. The world needs more places like this.

I have been going to Ideal Smiles for years and cannot recommend it enough. I personally am not the biggest fan of the dentist and in the past I have felt anxious/nervous before appointments, but I do not feel that way here. The front desk employees and hygienists are professional, friendly, and always make me feel so comfortable. Dr. Du is so knowledgeable and truly passionate about dentistry. When treatment outside of a normal cleaning is needed, she takes the time to explain it to you in detail with compassion and patience. My time with her during appointments never feels rushed. I also never feel like unnecessary treatments are recommended. I trust my smile with her and the rest of the team at Ideal Smiles!

Attending here WAS THE WORST THING that could have happened to me, I must say that I am still depressed because of the ugly and unaesthetic results, I am going to explain a little so that you do not go to this place if you want to improve your smile. Well my teeth were bad (they were very small and worn, I also had a gummy smile) so I decided to work for a couple of years and save all my salary with the goal of improving my smile because we know it is very expensive, and I went to this place Dr. Du. He recommended that I put 12 crowns and trim the gums, I thought the idea was a good one. Here the worst began, he made me a design that was too big for my teeth and my mouth, when measuring the mold I made sure to tell him that they seemed too big to me, I definitely didn't want them that big but he assured me that they wouldn't fit so it was just an example Well, I trusted her and she ordered me to cut the gum her way, because she sent measurements and molds, it was horrible. The fangs were left with a horrible shape. They are really ugly, super big, and from the top I ordered them to be cut into shape. beaked is not round at all and that is not aesthetic. That's when my depression began. When the temporary crowns were placed, I couldn't even close my mouth because they were too big. It was a really embarrassing thing. I thought I opened it on purpose. It was one thing that people laughed at me because it seemed like a joke. really big teeth didn't fit in my mouth. Definitely this is where I went to another dentist but sadly too late because the design was already done, the gum was already cut, now another dentist has already put the permanent crowns on me, this new dentist improved the crowns a lot but there are details that she cannot fix because the The gum is already cut too high, and well it is depressing but I have to learn to live with this, apart from the fact that here the price was an exaggeration at the end of the entire treatment I would have had to pay $28,000 dollars. The only good thing here is Bibi, she is an excellent hygienist, patient and really good at her job, if you just need cleaning it's fine but if you need cosmetic improvements don't go here.

I had two sessions of deep cleaning here at Ideal Smiles. The overall experience is excellent. Want to give a big thank you to Bibi who did the cleaning. She is very skilled and also patient to explain everything and answer any questions.
