Second time I am having issues with this office. 1st time they performed a sinus lift with a bone graft for my implant, and forgot to prescribe antibiotics for after care. I ended up with a severe sinus infection that took 2 courses of different antibiotics to resolve. 1st sinus infection in my life. Fast forward to last week-got a wisdom tooth removed there. Waited 1 hr past my appointment time to be seen. Another sinus infection followed just as severe as the previous one. Another round of antibiotics, that did not help the 1st time. If they took a look at my chart they would know it. Another week of misery, and I call them to ask for a different antibiotic as this one is clearly not working. At that point Im being told to see my PCP as this is not their area of expertise. Not willing to take any responsibility for the sinus infection that was clearly caused by wisdom tooth removal. I have been a patient there for 20+ years and Dr Tulchinsky is great. I feel that new ownership is very uncaring about their patients. Never going back there.
