Bellevue Dental Studio

My experience at this office was everything I was looking for in a visit. From the moment you call to schedule an appointment they really begin to showcase their customer care in the best possible way. They treat you like an actual person and are super personable but still professional. The man who scheduled the appointment over the phone was super friendly, helpful, efficient, and a great communicator. The office is beautifully designed when you walk in, nice modern music playing, dental related art, and very comfortable waiting area with free cold drinks! The pre exams/assessment done by Gray before Dr. Jonathan came in were quick, efficient and patient focused, she asked very detailed questions about my medical history and gave time for me to answer while listening intently. Dr. Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable, competent and personable. He really puts people at ease by explaining everything thoroughly and leaving time for questions. Without explicitly saying that he cares about the patient, you can tell that he genuinely cares. He was EXTREMELY thorough in patient education including pros/cons of different treatments to tailor an approach for me, instead of just offering the most expensive treatment that they do. Their team also does a great job at educating patients in an easy to understand way. You can tell Dr. Jonathan is very passionate about what he does. I would definitely 100% recommend this doctor/team to anyone who is looking for a good dentist who really listens and creates a personalized treatment plan. I will not be going to any other dentist office again

I've been going to Bellevue Dental Studio for the past ~3 years and can't say enough positive things about it. The whole experience from start to finish is top notch. Dr Ip is great - high quality work and explains everything very clearly without over-explaining. He's very patient and it never felt rushed when I had questions. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and always looking to go the extra mile to make things as easy and pleasant as possible. The TVs on the ceiling to watch while reclined makes the time go by faster during procedures. If you're looking for a dentist, look no further!

dry socket during my wisdom teeth extraction. Took 6 month to recover. Super bad experience. I had no history of dry socket when I extracted my right side wisdom teeth at a different place. They closed during Covid. I suspect the cause is difficulties during extraction. The doctor literally spend 20+ minutes working on the lower teeth. Twisting, pulling, all sorts of physical means.. Ive literally felt the surgery is executed badly planned.. Hygienist broke my old retainer during cleaning and charged to fix it. 2-X-ray in one year especially one is not covered by insurance and doctor sometimes pops in during cleaning to evaluate your teeth status and post another charge for it. 6 fillings that are 300-400$ each. Quoted. I dont know the market price but is definitely not cheap. And its worse that one time one of the filling is too much caused my bite is not closed so I have to come back and they adjusted it..
