        The sales associate I deal with, Miles, had proven himself very helpful and accessible when Ive needed his support and assistance. The service personnel whom have come to my own on several occasions and very knowledgeable, friendly and expedient in their work. Id be happy to recommend them. The only con if there is one is that appointments for service can at times be hard to come by and take several weeks before your install service can take place.

        Magnolia used to be great before it merged to Best Buy location. These sale associates seem to judge you on how you dress or look. There are time when they don't bother to greet, may be I was too casual that day. Don't like the service here at all.
