Worked with Jun Lu team for a while and they are the BEST! Super experienced with transactions involved foreign parties, and also go above and beyond and take great care of all parties. Once my seller didn't tell me that he couldn't be in US to sign for his home sale, and Jun found an appointment with US consulate in his country that he can sign within 10 minutes! Saved us from extending the closing date and all are very happy! Strongly recommend to all my colleagues out there!

My agent recommended Jun Lu at Chicago Title, and I have to say they made it a breeze to close with them. From Jun Lu's group, Julia was prompt in answering emails and explaining the process to me. Everything was done online and it was the easiest process ever. At the closing, this time in person, Sunny was extra helpful, took her time to answer my questions, even called back someone because I had a little question. They updated me on the water bill sooner than I expected, and the check is coming. I highly recommend it, and kudos to the group!
