Have done business with LF for like 30 years. Used to be a premier shop. Has definitely gone downhill the last few years since it was sold. Recently made an order in person. Gave my name and phone number repeatedly along with what the card should say. They completely screwed it up. Having the wrong sender along with the wrong name on the card. Caused a huge problem. Their response we are sorry. Will never do business with them again.

Beautiful floral arrangement ordered for my sisters birthday! The requested delivery day was unfortunately not followed, so the flowers arrived a day earlier when they were not supposed to be home. Gorgeous flowers, only a shame they couldnt arrive for the requested day.

Maybe, like me, you're a long time customer of this place. It's always been solid and reliable, and I wrote a review saying so. Well, those days are gone.
I have a feeing it's been sold, and the new owner is, shall we say, less than competent. The shop has been relocated inside the Elements apartment building in downtown Bellevue. When you call, you get a guy who is not actually in the shop. He just takes orders on the phone or web site and relays instructions to the one person in the shop.
Only he didn't. An order that I placed on the phone at 2:00, and was supposed to be ready at 4:00 was never even created. That's because the phone guy forgot to actually tell the person in the shop to create the order. Imagine my unpleasant surprise when I arrived to pick up my mom's 94th birthday floral display, and it had never even been made.
This place is a poor cartoon of its former self. They couldn't even do a proper refund, and ended up just giving me a handful of cash out of the drawer and a hastily written check.
I now officially retract my previous glowing review from 4 years ago. Lawrence The Florist is now a forgetful phone guy and a bad example of customer service.
