Was supposed to come out and fix some plumbing issues at a house he built but after weeks of asking for a quote and trying to schedule them, they finally agreed to come out on a Friday at 9 or 10am. I took the day off and at about 12pm, texted them asking if theyre even coming. I called them and texted and no response. In fact my call was declined. At 12.30 a text came saying theyre running late and can they do it tomorrow instead. I understand its hard to estimate completion times at jobs because sometimes they turn out to be more complex than you initially thought but is it so hard to respect someones time and give them a heads up? Also trying to get any answers from them about the other work I requested to get done was impossible. There was no quote and no response to any of the questions I had. Id rather spend more money with other companies with more transparency than to be kept hanging on the line hoping that they would honor any kind of promise.
