        I would never deal with this company either office and Lynnwood, Bellevue, or Whatever House they try and shill people for their valuables. Ive called them multiple times, and I even visited once, and I watched their predatory behavior and they should be put out of business for being considered predatory.

        They are pretty professional, my wife went inside store just before closing time and by the time I could park my car and enter, it was 6 PM. So they closed the doors and didnt allow me to enter. With great rudeness, guy said he cannot allow me inside, doesnt matter my wife is inside the store and entered 1 min before me

        Bad customer service in Bellevue. I went in to buy some silver on my lunch break. When it was finally my turn to get to the counter I had a few questions as I am a new stacker. Most of my questions were about premiums on buying and selling coins and the sales associate didn't really want to answer my questions and seemed very eager to shrug me off. I feel like they should be more of an ambassador for the hobby and help out new people with questions even if they might be In a rush. I left not wanting to come back to this location.

      Mohit,Thank you for your review and I appreciate you taking the time to describe your recent visit. I can see the issues from both sides and I would like to discuss our reasoning. When your wife made it to our door it was exactly 6:00PM and we let her in to assist her, but our policy does state that we need to assist those customers in our stores after close but we should not be assisting customers that want entry after closing. When you came to enter a couple of minutes later, our staff declined the entry because it was 6:02PM and we were completing with the remaining customers in the store. From your perspective, I can see how this was unfair but we have heightened our security over the last year and we are very cautious about letting customers into any of our stores after closing. That being said, we are very sorry about the issue last night and we would love to assist you and your wife in any of our locations in the future.
