Despite not having golfed in 20 years, Bailey patiently analyzed my swing and provided valuable advice. When the new clubs arrived, we tested them together, which instilled confidence in my purchase. My club fittings here were great. Bought my entire bag minus the putter from them across multiple fittings. When you get to the delivery and service part.... Good luck. Your things will just be delayed and take way longer than you think. Club champ doesn't really feel that involved at that point because you already bought the items. I had parts deliver to the store on a Monday. All the store needs is to do is assemble the club and let it sit overnight. It has been a week since the parts arrived and they still haven't gotten me my club. They have not called me back when they say they will. You have to contact customer service and hope customer service can reach them at the store.

Worked with J.J. and plan to again next time I'm shopping for new clubs. Transparency and trust are huge, especially when the items are expensive, and J.J. earned my trust big time with transparent comparisons of new drivers and putters versus my current ones and explanations of whether or not I'd actually gain performance from buying. In the end I went with a new shaft for my current driver (and +10 yards of carry to go with it).
