I am at the peak of my fitness since I've joined TruFusion!! I've dabbled in a few affordable gyms and while the price of this establishment is the highest I've ever paid, it's also the highest quality in cleanliness, staff interactions and workouts. The format of this gym are classes led by well educated instructors ( who also take classes here) which means all you do is show up!! At the affordable gyms you are paying to use the equipment. This place you are paying for the service of instructors who create workouts and playlists planned for maximum impact and fun! The class based modalities give a vibe of contagious comraderie!! There are many modalities to choose from. My goal has been to have more strength and mobility. TruFusion has helped me reach that goal plus more!! They offer a free first class so you can find out for yourself how legit this place is.

Taking the hot yoga class with Thania was an absolute treat! Very talented instructor. I loved the flow of class and the modifications suggested.

Class with Sophia was 10/10. She nailed it. Voice tone, music volume balance, music choice, timing, class structure, verbal cues, choreography, wow! So refreshing! Thanks Sophia for being awesome
