        Save your money and go elsewhere unless you want the type of color service where they know better and you walk out with a result that is completely different from your very clear ask. As long as the back look instagram perfect, thats what matters. The front is not their concern. Dont be surprised if you see additional charges adding up $100. The make it right session will consitute of the stylist gaslighting, lying that this was discussed and being patronizing. Manager will be passsive aggressive and border line threatening. Zero intent of stepping foot there again, $400 down the drain. Review is a pure warning. Given the positive reviews, maybe its a stylist problem: Eris.
