        Daymin was a fantastic person to work with. He talked me through all the pros and cons of different options and I am extremely happy with my choice. I didnt get nearly as good of service at Costco or other places that I called. Delivery was seamless

        Not fully transparent with pricing. Pricing in initial discussion to move sauna was very different from the actual pricing. They currently have 14 one-star reviews which is very telling.
