        We had Monteith insurance agent for years. Once AAA bought it, it is a disaster. Can't speak to an agent, can't even get thru to one and they don't call you back. I called my insurance directly and they helped me move to a new agent.

        Doesn't tell you they only tow you if your broke down on the side of the road. You can't cancel a membership in the middle of it without paying for the whole thing. (You still have to pay if you cancel) terrible customer service

        Go to use it, and they said they won't even show up to replace the flat tire, do it ourselves. Waste of money. If you need roadside assistance, it's way cheaper to go through your insurance, plus they may actually help, unlike AAA. Oh, and good luck canceling your membership, it was easier to cancel the CC used for auto-pay

      Hi Xavier, membership with AAA covers emergency breakdown service. We are not a towing service and need to have our tow trucks available to members who are in an emergency situation. You can refer to the ‘Emergency Towing’ section of our Terms and Conditions, located at https://wa.aaa.com/membership/terms-and-conditions.html for more details about the specifics. Towing service is provided to eligible vehicles that cannot be started or driven safely under the vehicle’s own power.
