Robert is very knowledgeable in the insurance world. He was able to provide information we needed in order to set up life insurance policy and long term care. He worked within our difficult schedule and was able to accommodate us. He's very personable, approachable, and down to earth. I don't think I've ever worked with an insurance agent quite like him. I highly recommend Robert for your insurance needs.

Robert is a patient, responsive, easy to work with agent.  I reached out to him for help on a policy and he took time to walk through what was involved, answering any questions I had along the way, even if it required a few takes.  He explained costs and coverages, never coming across as pushy.  You have nothing to lose by just chatting with him.

We switched insurance agents in the last six months after working with our other agent for ten years.Robert is very thorough and explains the policy.  We received more coverage and for a better price.  He gets back to you quickly when you need a certificate of insurance as we need many of them.  And answers questions in laymen's terms.  He is very professional too.

Robert approached us when we starting to put the business together. He is easy to work with and really explains all the little details about my policy. Robert is seriously one of the most caring agents i have ever worked with when it came to insurance.... Im a first-time business owner and My business burned down, which is such a tragic experience, but with Robert, he helped me through it and answered all of my questions. the even crazy part was I found out he was in the hospital and he was still helping me......if that doesn't show he cares..... i dont know what else to say"

My husband and I have been researching, and seeking quotes for Long Term Care Insurance for over 2 months. We have taken many phone calls, talked with many agents, and been told that no-one could help us due to our (young) age, and Washington Residency.I had been feeling frustrated and fatigued by the process - but Robert was the one to help us seal the deal. I found his contact information on Next Door, and I am very glad that I reached out.He communicates promptly, schedules meetings via zoom, and answers questions thoroughly. While many other providers are "out" of policies to accommodate younger consumers, and Washington Residents - Robert was able to offer us 2 policies that totaled LESS than a policy for just my husband with another agency (another agency who couldn't even offer me ANYTHING because I'm under 30!).If you are looking for someone to help you with life insurance, and a LTC Rider - Robert is your guy!
