        Had my 1999 Ford truck stolen in May of 2022. Nothing has been done to repair or classify it as total loss. I have made numerous calls to the claims adjuster but nothing has been done. MAPFRE had my truck towed to a second shop for repairs however I was called by the staff from Dave's Valley Auto stating that they don't do insurance work, now the truck is going to be impounded to where is unknown to me. I have been given the complete runaround and it's been over seven months since the truck was found.

        The company with the least ethics and professionalism that I knew there is so incompetent that I am even ashamed to talk about them. I will never recommend this company. Terrible service. It is useless.
