What a great Company to work with. They are very patient with all of our questions. Always happy to teach us new marketing strategies. The one thing I like the most is being able to use their resources on other marketing platforms that I may not be paying for at the time. Having them is like having an Ace up my sleeve.

Absolutely terrible experience. Expectations poorly managed. The process is concealed - you won't be able to gauge what's getting done. Lots of managers involved. Team appears to be oversees and I pay hefty "SEO" fees while website is being "built". Errors are numerous including backlink submissions to the wrong category, links missing, load times being slow.

I can't say enough great things about them. After every call with them, I leave feeling like I was just talking with a close friend. They are a digital agency that puts human connection and empathy first, and that is so incredibly rare in this industry. In a world where a lot of agencies have a paint-by-numbers copy-and-paste playbook, it is so refreshing to have an agency that adapts to your specific needs with a custom plan of action with an emphasis on the word "action' because they go above and beyond to implement that plan. Best professional decision I've ever made was to partner with CI Web Group!
