The check-in was smooth, but setting up new home WiFi in-store was frustrating. We went to the store because the Xfinity website did not allow us to pick an earlier setup date. However, despite the Xfinity website clearly stating that our address has service availability, the staff couldnt find our address in their system. Since our mailing address and site address are different, we suggested him to try both, but no luck. Then we noticed that he didnt enter the complete address. When we suggested adding the city name for clarity, because we saw the address showing up online only after entering the city name, he refused to do so and only offered to open a ticket. He gave no explanation or apologies at all, only impatience. It is not your customers fault that their address is not showing up in your system! The discrepancy in their system is so confusing and the bad experience at the store made us turn to other providers immediately.
