New location, same experience as before. They are least interest in providing assistance. When we walked in, there were literally 3 people being served and 3 support personnel. Our names were registered and we were warned there is a wait time of 50 minutes. (I confirmed if he said 15 or 50, just in case). We waited and our turn came within 10 minutes. We wanted to port our number to T-Mobile as asked for options with iPhone. We were curtly told there is only one option, that with 90 $/month plan (as of 4/2/24). It was clear, he had no intention to engage. He just wants to bloat the number of 'served-customers' and get back to staring at the door.

Ali and Christian were so helpful and friendly even when I arrived 10 minutes before closing! Highly recommend and appreciate the kindness from the staff :) Update: unfortunately I must remove my 5 star rating. The service here is inconsistent. I arrived to the store on saturday 2.24.24 before 730pm and waited for 20mins to finally get acknowledged. Another family arrived after I did and I shared that with the rep that I arrived prior to them and have been waiting to receive assistance. He made the decision without saying anything to me by still helping them first. I just walked out of the store without any assistance. that was incredibly rude on his part. Sadly, I will not be back to this location

The incompetence in rectifying billing errors is beyond comprehension. Despite acknowledging fault every time we have contacted through customer support calls and in-store visits, they have displayed a shocking disregard for taking responsibility, providing entirely different stories of our missing $400 trade-in contract on every call and visit. When faced with blatant evidence such as bank and call records, they claim they have "nothing they can personally do" and talk in circles or walk around avoiding the only customer in the store. It's incredulous that a company of their stature fails to uphold basic accountability standards. TL;DR If you value your time more than your money, do your research and find providers that won't make you call customer support nineteen times a year.
