I have my grandmother's wedding ring and it was temporarily lost and stepped on, crushing the "leaves" that surrounded the diamond. Joseph Jewelry was able to restore it to almost new condition, including refinishing the white gold. And the cost was well within what I felt was reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Krystle at the Bellevue location was incredible throughout the whole process. MY fiancee and I went into the process with very basic knowledge on rings and really what she was looking for in her perfect ring. Krystle was able to help guide us with ease and comfortably to the perfect set of rings that helped us build out the vision for what the final product would look like. When I say my fiancee loves the ring, I mean she can't stop talking about how perfect it turned out. The setting, the sparkle, the elegance. Even better than what we imagined. Not only was Krystle great with setting us up for success, she also helped make sure the ring was in production and would arrive on my specific timeline. I could not recommend Joseph Jewelry enough if you are looking to design your engagement ring. 5/5 and truly all professionals across the board and they really care about making sure the final product is exactly what you imagined.
