        Terrible experience with shocker price! Asked multiple times from the dispatch and locksmith guy to give me an estimate and they continued to refuse, until he was here. When he got here, he looked at the lock and said by the way it costs $220 to unlock!!! I was so surprised and was not willing to continue but he put me in a very uncomfortable situation that I had to pay because he already drove 15 minutes to get here. It was a very simple job and basic lock that took him less than 15 seconds. I had a quote from Zip locksmith for $120. The lack of pricing transparency and putting the customer in a surprise and uncomfortable situation should be illegal! Not recommended and never use their services again.

        It was spendy like 15 bucks for a key , but the convenience of being able to just walk up slap your key in and have one spur out, that works fantastically, makes up for the cost I suppose. There really should be one at every neighborhood store. Better then a redboxs, for sure more useful.
