I FINALLY GOT MY REFUND AFTER FIVE WEEKS WITHOUT MUCH HELP FROM THE STORE AND IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE. IT TOOK TWO EMAILS TO THE CEO TO GET IT DONE! We were so excited to buy a new Tempur-Pedic bed as we have had our current bed for over tens years but what a nightmare trying to order a bed and accessories with all of the incentives from this location! I asked Yvonne our sales person before i ordered if I should order online and was told it was way better to order directly from the store. I tried to order in the store and the first three times she got the order was wrong.I left the store and gave a credit card number to place the order when it was correct to receive the discounts and added accessories that were scheduled thru end that evening and the order was still wrong. I had asked not to run the card until the order was correct. I left two voice mails neither was returned. I sent two emails neither was returned. On day three I asked to get a refund and was asked to call the Lynnwood store the next day.. On day four I called there and they asked why I was calling their store and was told to call the Bellevue store back and ask for the David the store manger only to be told a refund was issued the day before (9/20/23). No one apologized and there was no effort to try to make things right. If I had ordered online I would have gotten all of the benefits that came with the sale snd I would have new bed. Now I need to wait until the next sale and my refund so we can buy our new bed and accessories from someone else.It has now been one month three days and counting and I have been refunded $152.14 out of over $4560 and I have no idea where that refund amount came from. No explanation! No communication! I have now spoken to Glenda at the national customer service line escalation department twice in a week (10/12/23 & 10/14/23) and was told both times the credit would be taken care of that day or the next and was told I would get a follow up call or email that has not happened either. Now i have been emailing for several weeks and today I was told the order was officially cancelled on 9/21/23 but they did not tell me when the order was refunded. Which it still has not (10/24/23). It was finally refunded.

TempurPedic Corporation won't honour their warranty. The mattress has split and has pits. Very disappointed.
