I am beyond thankful that we met and bought our first home with Julie. By chance, we went to an open house and Julie was the realtor on site and immediately made us feel welcome and offered to take us under her wing. Her knowledge of the real estate industry and Seattle market is top notch. As a first step, we met for coffee where she got to know my partner and I on a personal level so she could truly understand what we wanted out of a home. Throughout the entire home buying process, Julie continually called us with any updates and progress. She even worked for us on the initial offer during her family vacation. You can stop looking now - Julie is the realtor you want. She came highly recommended by my network, and she spent the time getting to know what sort of house we would need for a family of four in the Eastside area. She also recommended a loan officer, and we got to work putting together what what we could afford. We toured a few homes, and she was very flexible with scheduling. I loved her input for potential renovations or possiblities in each house we toured. She helped us put in 5 offers over the course of a month and a half. Julie's expert ability to research, network, communicate, and negotiate allowed us to produce winning offers, in a sellers market, without us blowing our budget! I really enjoyed Julie as my realtor, and would definitely recommend her for to anyone looking for a Realtor with comprehensive experience and knowledge of the Seattle market.
