Mayumi is a very dedicated, personable and professional real estate agent that I would highly recommend! Being new to the Seattle-area we were looking for someone to help us navigate this new market, while also providing guidance on the best areas for our family to settle. We took over a year to finally purchase a home and Mayumi was there every step of the way. We have no reservations in recommending Mayumi Shimizu as a realtor for your real estate needs. Our real estate sale was a small transaction relative to the size of properties and transactions Mayumi normally handles but she treated my wife and me with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a very large transaction. We were very impressed with her home staging skills when our home was listed. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately, and her answers were always clear and concise. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. We have the highest level of confidence in her. Our transaction went very smoothly and we closed on less than 4 weeks after listing. We are pleased to recommend Mayumi Shimizu to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever need to move again, she will be our first choice in real estate agents.

Mayumi was great right from the beginning. She helped us with getting connected with Curbio to have our house remodeled to prepare it for sale and was very supportive during the remodeling bumps and problems. At the end of the remodel, Mayumi beautifully staged our house and we feel this was very instrumental in the sale of our house in only six days and at full asking price. Mayumi was very professional and supportive. We would most highly recommend her to any seller or buyer.

Mayumi supported us as our agent during the home-buying process, and we were content with her service during that period as well. On this occasion, we chose to rely on her expertise as our agent for the sale. Mayumi is a very dedicated agent who truly understands all of her client's needs. We had to sell our current home and buy our new home at the same time, which we felt like almost impossible at first, but she made it possible for us! We cannot list all of the amazing things she did for us. Not only helping her client find their best home, she worked with us very hard so that the listing will be attractive and the house is priced wisely for us to gain some profits but still to be strong in the market. She walked us through thick documents for the seller in a way we can clearly understand every single page. She even helped us to understand all of the financial options which was crucial for us to buy a house in the current market with such a high interest rate. We are grateful that she was our agent and we would definitely love to work with her again in the future!!
