Lee was OUTSTANDING! He managed to sell my tear down house on a neglected property for over $125,000 what buyers were offering.Plus he arranged and negotiated all the cleanup needed on this house and lot. He's a miracle worker who changed my life! Also,Lee was of great help to me in buying my condo after he sold my house. He quickly put an offer in when we finished touring the house which was accepted the next day! Then he suggested a great handyman to help with the move-in tasks, such as changing the locks and adding screen doors. I was very happy with my experience and love my new home!

Lee is very responsive, took as much time as needed to show us every home we were interested in, and has a wonderful personality that puts us at ease. Lee provided us with all of the information we would need and was patient with us while we made our decision.
