I had the pleasure of working with Chase, and MaryAnn Walker on a recent purchase where I was helping our buyers with their financing. Unfortunately, as we were approaching closing our purchase we discovered we had run into an unscrupulous builder/developer, who was not going to honor our contract and close the transaction. That's when Chase got involved. Although our clients my have won a suit over the seller's breach of contract, the grief to dollar ratio was not in their favor. MaryAnn quickly found them a replacement property that had come on the market and was an even better fit. Chase and MaryAnn's professionalism and client focus, navigating one of the most ridiculous scenarios I've seen in 20+ years in financing real estate, was tremendous.

A lender that my husband and I had worked with first gave me Chase Costello's information. I called the next day and was able to reach Chase immediately. He was so personable and easy to talk to. I explained what my husband and I were looking for and he took the time to write down all the things on my list that were important, and told me he wanted to be able to address all of my concerns I had with buying a new house. Once we started going to see houses with Chase, I felt he had our best interests at heart. Some realtors we had worked with in the past, felt too pushy and abruptly brushed off certain things I was looking for. I appreciated that Chase tailored our experience and was patient in educating us on the current market and having realistic expectations. We ended up closing on a house we wanted and have referred friends to Chase. Our friends have all thanked me for sending them to Chase. I can't imagine a better home buying experience!
